My Story

I started at Power Media Group in August of 2019 as a Social Media Coordinator and was promoted to Creative Operations Manager in May of 2020. My experience here is broken down in 3 parts - HEATXtreme, Sadik Hadzovic, and Sincerest Don. Scroll down to read more.

HEATXtreme

HEATXtreme is an Atlanta-based fitness brand founded by Darrell "DP" Patterson, focused on accessible at-home workouts. When I joined, we operated with a small team - three partners, an operations manager, two videographers, and two customer service reps. For my first nine months, I managed seven social channels: three Instagram accounts, a YouTube channel, a TikTok account, a Facebook page, and a private Facebook group. I coordinated directly with our team to produce an average of 50 pieces of content per week, spanning organic social, campaign ads, and community engagement videos tailored to our marketing cycles.

Our primary revenue engine was the "HEAT Challenge"- a signature eight-week transformation program providing customized meal plans, follow-along workouts, and a $25,000 cash prize split among the top five participants. Following nine months of consistent execution across our social channels, I was promoted to Creative Operations Manager. In this role, I spearheaded workflow management for our creative team - overseeing the operations of the HEAT Challenge, content lifecycles from shoot to final export, customer experience, managing our app data base, and ran our affiliate program.

With day-to-day operations off the executive team's plate, leadership shifted focus to growth and scale, specifically with our ads, triggering massive spike in revenue - highlighted by a record $700K+ month in July 2020. To support this growth, we scaled our creative team, bringing on a graphic designer, two additional videographers, and two new influencers under my management. Over the next 16 months, I directed a team of 12 personnel, aligning schedules across four videographers and three lead creators to keep our creative team running at peak efficiency.

Key Results

  • Optimized cross-functional workflows and creative production, helping transform the HEAT Challenge into a multi-million-dollar machine and driving a company-record $700K+ revenue month in July 2020.

  • Doubled the following of our primary Instagram handle (@heatchallenge) from 100K to 200K followers over a two-year period.

  • Built and scaled the official TikTok presence (@heatxtreme) from the ground up to nearly 100K followers.

  • Built repeatable systems to produce 50+ pieces of content per week from our creative team.

Sadik Hadzovic

Sadik Hadzovic

Sadik Hadzovic

In November 2019, three months into my tenure at Power Media Group, we expanded our roster by onboarding elite fitness athlete Sadik Hadzovic (@sadikhadzovic). Our goal was to replicate the high-converting strategy we developed at HEATXtreme and adapt it to Sadik’s established audience of 2.7 million followers. Balancing my existing responsibilities, I stepped into the role of Lead Project Manager for Sadik, serving as his primary internal point of contact, directing product strategy, and overseeing all client operations.

To establish an immediate revenue stream ahead of a planned New Year’s fitness challenge, I wrote and designed seven targeted e-books focused on specific muscle group development, created nine variations of customized training and nutrition plans, and oversaw the end-to-end development of his website, including landing page layout and copywriting. Simultaneously, I mapped out production requirements and directed our media crew on location in New York to shoot organic social content, ad campaigns, and course materials. I managed post-production review timelines directly with Sadik while personally executing 50 to 100 client support emails daily.

Following the initial launch, I built a repeatable execution model to deploy eight-week transformation challenges on a continuous cycle. By streamlining filming trips to New York, content editing schedules, and marketing cycles, our team turned production into a seamless operation. This system efficiently monetized Sadik's audience, driving strong revenue growth and accelerating his audience expansion.

Key Results

  • Built and monetized Sadik’s digital products from scratch, generating over $400,000 in revenue within the first six months.

  • Expanded Sadik’s Instagram following (@sadikhadzovic) from 2.7M to 3.0M followers over a six-month period.

  • Authored seven fitness e-books, developed nine tailored nutrition/training frameworks, wrote all site copy, and directed landing page design for his platform.

Sincerest Don

Sincerest Don

Sincerest Don

Following the success of our campaigns with HEATXtreme and Sadik Hadzovic in 2020, Power Media Group leveraged surplus capital to venture into music talent development, investing in an emerging rap artist named Sincerest Don. Recognizing my passion for music and culture, the CEO brought me on to spearhead the initiative, giving me a clean slate to apply our proven digital growth frameworks to the music industry. At launch, the artist was building entirely from scratch, with only a few hundred followers across Instagram and YouTube.

I assumed complete responsibility for day-to-day talent management and project execution. Over two years, I built his digital infrastructure, authored brand pitch decks, handled beat licensing and publishing agreements, scheduled studio sessions, and managed the production and launch timelines for every single release. On the marketing side, I designed ad campaigns, directed video shoots, built his official website, and executed organic content strategies to build online momentum. The resulting traction eventually earned us an invitation to join a national U.S. tour.

Key Results

  • Built Sincerest Don’s Spotify presence from zero to 348,000+ monthly listeners and scaled his Instagram handle from scratch to over 60,000 followers.

  • Generated sufficient industry momentum and fan engagement to secure an opening slot on tour with prominent hip-hop artist Benny The Butcher.

  • Directly oversaw end-to-end execution across music marketing, contract negotiation, site design, performance ad buying, and creative direction.
